Initially, we were moved to a larger room on the first night when our designated room wasn't ready, though it was slightly small and had a minor issue with ants in the first few days. On the downside, there was some traffic noise from the street side, but overall, it was a decent stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel offers a very cozy stay with friendly staff and a helpful owner. While the rooms may be a bit dated, the relaxing facilities and beautiful views compensate for it. Location is excellent, near Chania and with easy parking, although it may feel a bit isolated. The dining experience is top-notch with a wide selection of delicious options. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, like a comfortable apartment, perfect for a family of 4 with 2 infants. The interior design was lovely, with new furniture and an equipped kitchenette. On the downside, the garden view could have been better.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While my children loved having their own small beds in the basic rooms, we found them to be in serious need of updating and repairing. The garden view was nice despite being on the interior of the complex.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was quiet with fast free WiFi, clean, modern, and equipped with everything I needed, including a monster bed and air conditioning. The lovely pools and friendly staff added to the delightful experience. However, the only downside was the limited dining options.
